Nicholas L. Teti, Jr.
Chairman

Nicholas L. Teti, Jr. was appointed Chairman of the Board of Directors of Isolagen in June 2006. He served as Isolagen Chief Executive Officer from June 2006 to January 2008. Mr. Teti has more than 30 years of industry experience. Prior to joining Isolagen, he served as Chairman of the Board and CEO of Inamed Corporation, a position he assumed in July 2001. Previously, Mr. Teti spent 25 years at DuPont and DuPont Merck where he held a number of senior management positions including President and CEO of DuPont Pharmaceuticals. Mr. Teti is an industry leader who brings strong experience to Isolagen including an understanding of the regulatory, clinical development and marketing process for products in the biotechnology and pharmaceuticals industry. Mr. Teti earned an MBA in healthcare administration and a BA in economics from St. Joseph’s University in Philadelphia, Pa.

Declan Daly
Chief Executive Officer

Declan Daly was named Chief Executive Officer of Isolagen in January 2008. He joined Isolagen as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Executive Vice President – Europe in June 2006, and was promoted to Chief Operating Officer and CFO in June 2007. Prior to joining Isolagen, Mr. Daly spent more than seven years with Inamed Corporation and most recently served as CFO. Prior to becoming CFO, Mr. Daly served as Inamed's Senior Vice President, Corporate Controller and Principal Accounting Officer, and previously as Vice President of Finance & Administration of Inamed International Corp. based in Europe. Mr. Daly holds a BA in Management Science and Industrial Systems Studies from Trinity College in Dublin and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland.

Todd Greenspan
Chief Financial Officer

Todd Greenspan was appointed CFO in March 2008. He previously held the positions of Vice President and Corporate Controller since August 2005. Prior to joining Isolagen, Mr. Greenspan served in financial roles of increasing responsibility, including having served as Senior Director of Finance for Amkor Technology, Inc. from 2002 to 2005. Mr. Greenspan is a licensed certified public accountant in the state of Pennsylvania and obtained his BS in Accounting and Master's degree in Accounting and Management Information Services (MIS) from the University of Delaware.

Steven C. Trider
Senior Vice President, The Americas (Sales & Marketing)

Steven C. Trider was appointed Senior Vice President - The Americas in June 2006. Mr. Trider comes to Isolagen from Inamed Corporation where he served as Vice President of Global Marketing since 2004.  He was responsible for the global business and market development and was directly involved in key business development initiatives. Prior to his tenure at Inamed, Mr. Trider was the Director of Strategic Marketing for Bristol-Myers Squibb. He also spent 10 years with DuPont and DuPont Merck in roles of increasing responsibility in the U.S. and Canadian business operations. Mr. Trider graduated with a Bachelor of Science from Dalhousie University and an MBA from Saint Mary's University, both of Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada.

John Maslowski
Vice President, Operations

John Maslowski was appointed Vice President of Operations in March 2008. He joined Isolagen in 2005 and held various management positions in Manufacturing and Quality Assurance. Prior to Isolagen, Mr. Maslowski was employed at Wyeth Pharmaceuticals from 2001 to 2005, serving most recently as Quality Assurance Investigations Manager in support of manufacturing. Previously, Mr. Maslowski held positions with Merck Research Laboratories and Teva Pharmaceuticals. Mr. Maslowski holds a BS in Biology from Ursinus College and MS in Biology from Villanova University. In addition, he is a Certified Quality Auditor through the American Society for Quality.

Sandra Calman, M.D.
Vice President of Clinical Development and Chief Medical Officer

Sandra Calman, M.D. was appointed Vice President of Clinical Development and Chief Medical Officer in February 2007. Prior to joining Isolagen, Dr. Calman spent more than 15 years in various clinical roles where she successfully managed clinical research operations, leading products from development through FDA approval. Dr. Calman was with Merck KgaA, Dey where she served as Vice President, Medical Affairs and Clinical Research and Chief Medical Officer. Previous roles include senior clinical research positions with Johnson & Johnson and Dow Pharmaceuticals where she led the clinical development program for key dermatologic and topical therapies. Dr. Calman is a Board Certified physician and received her training at the University of Utah School of Medicine, where she graduated with honors. Dr. Calman is an active member of the American Academy of Family Practice and the American Academy of Dermatology.
