Welcome to Isolagen^®, Inc. a biotechnology company focused on developing emergent, novel skin and tissue rejuvenation technology for application in certain aesthetic and therapeutic markets.

I am pleased to lead Isolagen Inc. as Chairman.  Previously, I served as Chairman, President and CEO of Inamed Corporation, a leading specialty aesthetics company acquired by Allergan Inc.

I joined Isolagen because I believe in the broad potential of the Isolagen Process™, a cutting-edge, innovative cellular processing system which produces the autologous living cell Isolagen Therapy™.  I am committed to the science of cellular rejuvenation and to the development of new and novel therapies for aesthetic and therapeutic use.

A broad clinical program for the Isolagen Therapy is progressing.  In 2006, we reached agreement with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), through the Special Protocol Assessment (SPA), on the study design of our Phase III pivotal trials to evaluate the efficacy and safety of Isolagen Therapy in treating nasolabial folds or wrinkles.  We are excited to be on track with these studies, which are fully enrolled and underway.  We are also conducting a Phase II open label study of the Isolagen Therapy for full face rejuvenation.

In addition to wrinkle correction, we are actively planning clinical trials in other aesthetic and therapeutic areas.  We have initiated a clinical program to investigate Isolagen Therapy for the treatment of moderate to severe acne scars.  We are planning clinical trials for the treatment of burn scars (Phase II) and are conducting a dental papillary insufficiency or tissue loss associated with periodontal disease (Phase II).

We also market and sell an advanced skincare line through our majority-owned subsidiary, Agera Laboratories, Inc., which we acquired in 2006.  Agera offers a complete line of skincare systems based on a wide array of proprietary formulations, trademarks and nano-peptide technology.  These advanced skincare products offer anti-aging, anti-pigmentary and acne treatment systems which are marketed in both the United States and Europe.
